MISSION STATEMENT: ElderAngels assists elderly victims of financial abuse. We strive to prosecute the abuser, obtain restitution for the victim and educate the public about such crimes.
ElderAngels works with law enforcement agencies across the country in pursuit of justice for victims of fraud. The non-profit’s many contributions have resulted in the arrest of thousands of individuals for a wide variety of crimes, including financial elder abuse, fraud and theft. In January 2000, California Lawyer Magazine chronicled ElderAngels’ investigation of corruption within the Riverside County Probate Courts.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS:
Fay Faron - President - Prior to co-founding ElderAngels, Faron was a licensed private investigator in California for 15 years. It was her initial investigation of the infamous “Foxglove” case that was the impetus for creating ElderAngels. In addition, Faron penned the syndicated column, “Ask Rat Dog,” first syndicated by King Features in 1993.
Laurel Pallock - Director - Pallock has been an investigator in the San Francisco District Attorney's Consumer Protection Unit for the past thirty years, supervising its consumer complaint mediation program. She has been on the Board of Elder Angels for since its inception. She also serves on the Board of the National Agency of Consumer Affairs Administrators and covers consumer issues on various Bay Area radio and TV stations.
Ann Flaherty - Executive Director - In addition to being co-founder and executive director of ElderAngeles, Flaherty is is a California licensed private investigator (#20102) with over 30 years of experience. Flaherty also holds a degree in Criminology and personally conducts all the investigations for ElderAngels.
